Fountain Pens

My collection is fairly small and certainly not as pricey as some other people's, but it fits my needs so far.

TWSBI Eco

I have now two TWSBI Ecos demonstrators, albeit both currently in a broken state. It is my usual work-horse for carrying about and doing the usual writing on trains or wherever, due to the low price (so I don't care majorly if I lose it) and that I get to see the ink which I am using in the pen itself, which I enjoy.

Both my TWSBI Ecos are in EF, which is about the right size for me since I have quite small handwriting.

Pelikan M200

I have a Pelikan M200 in Brown Marble finish, which I do quite like. I was debating with myself when I bought it whether it would rather go for the Green Marble, however having the Brown Marble I do quite like it. I think the M200 also strikes a good balance between price, being not-terribly-expensive, and quality.

It is a very good pen. Mine is in EF, though it is quite a broad EF, and closer to what I would imagine from a F instead. To me it is too thick to enjoy totally.

Pilot Falcon

This is my most expensive pen, and though I do very much enjoy the design and the quality of the build, it is rather too thin for me. Mine is an EF, and I find the nib rather scratchy against the paper. I find it also catches a little as I write, though if I use a more flowing, italicised writing-style, which I do at times, it does work well. However, more often I use an upright, blockish writing, which is not well suited to the Falcon.
