Fender

Mary Spender did an interview with one Bud Cole, CEO of Fender. He is so dull, and completely confirms what I said about corporatites in corpospeak. He says the same things over and over, about how they want to protect the Stratocaster silhouette and associated components, and how he worked here and there and all his qualications, and his focus on quality, and blah di blah. He is such a dull person. He can have the slicked back hair and the cool name, but he's still just a cityite, a corporatite.
He keeps on trying to be cool - I just heard him say *buy a guitar for your kiddo*. Ugh. Saying kiddo instead of child doesn't make you cool and popular, Bud.
Pure ad hominem, granted. He also doesn't have any point about the Strat either. It's a guitar, my friend. Nobody in real life genuinely thinks that the shape of the body that according to him evokes the image of a woman's hips, waist and arms and backward-tilted pelvis (what a strange image) actually justifies being insufferable about it for the sake of money.
